60 Minute Session

Private sessions are a great way to safely start or enhance your wellness practices. Sessions are designed to help the physical body relax through gentle stretching. With relaxation comes less pain and tension. A blend of stretching practices will be used to create sessions that meet your current needs - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Reiki is a tool that assists the body in relaxinig so that it may restore and heal what’s needed. It is an extremely gentle experience, yet also very transformative.

Blending Stretching with Reiki creates many options for the experience!

These sessions, are held at the beautiful Peaceful Peacock Yoga @ 1700 South Bumby Ave. Orlando 32806. Feel free to take a virtual tour here! Options for your sessions will be scheduled around weekly classes and availability. Clients with multiple pack-purchases will be given consideration for standing appointments.
