This 40-minute guided meditation and Reiki session supports arthritis relief, joint comfort, and inflammation reduction—especially in the hands, but supports the entire body.
Designed to calm the nervous system and encourage the body’s natural healing response, this practice emphasizes listening to your body, easing pain without force, and learning how to move and live wisely as you age. It gently reframes the “use it or lose it” mindset into a more sustainable, compassionate approach to strength and movement.
