Walk and Wander - April 8th

Join us for a guided walk through Baldwin Park/Winter Park area (exact address will be sent after payment).

This first Walk and Wander session will be April 8th @ 6:30pm with a focus on the basics of healthy walking habits.

You will learn:

  • A short warm up and stretch/cool down for longer walks.

  • The biomechanics of walking with proper form to prevent injuries.

  • A discussion on the best shoes for your walks.

  • How to use the simple practice of walking to tend to the whole body - physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.

  • How to adapt walking to fit your life year round and day-to-day.

  • A video with exercises design for walkers/runners.
