By entering into this container you are recognizing that this is an energy exchange. We both are agreeing to lean in and commit to finding you more strength, energy, and ease.
Remembering that this is a whole body wellness experience we are living here on this earth. The body, mind, and emotions all can support or hinder one another.
During your time with Mint Condition Mind and Body, every effort will be made to assure your success and safety. However, as with any wellness program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. Working with a Fitness Professional is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Physical exercise is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to participate in personal training. By signing below, I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Jennifer McKinney (Mint Condition Personal Training).
1. Training sessions will range from 45-60 minutes, depending on the type of workout planned.
2. The expiration policy requires a completion of all personal training sessions within 60 days from the date of the package purchase. Personal training sessions are void after this time period. Please discuss family emergencies and travel conflicts with Jennifer to arrange a hold on current training sessions.
3. Make up sessions will be on an availability basis, based on the current training schedule. But you will not lose your session. It will be added to the following months sessions. Life happens for us all, me included and often more consistency is found with flexibility. However, consistent lapse in attendance will be greeted with a chance to step back and regroup.
4. As a curtesy you will provide a 2 weeks notice of discontinued services.
